Activating GPS and regularly updating Aliapp ensures that you won't miss any OnDemand services. Following the successful implementation of extra calendar pickups for paper and cardboard in the historic center of Florence, new OnDemand services are now available in the municipalities of Scandicci and Campi Bisenzio, covering bulky materials, hazardous waste, small appliances, and used clothing.

To access Aliapp:

• If you are already registered in the customer area on www.aliaserviziambientali.it, simply use the same credentials to log into the app.
• If you are not yet registered, you can do so directly through the app or the website. TARi users should have their customer code handy, found on the second page of the bill, as it will be required for registration.
